We are looking for an experienced property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Works with clients/owners to maximize their return of investment (ROI) on properties
• Reviews and approves all resident applications for their portfolio
• Ensure inspections, pictures, and listings are completed on all properties ready for lease
• Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with owners
• Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
• Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
• Up-to-date job and market knowledge
• Review information on property turns with owners and ensure work is completed to FPM standards
• Delegates, assigns, or completes inspection process on assigned properties in portfolio

Skills

• Proven work experience as property manager
• Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
• Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
• Customer focus and bottom line orientation
• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
• Valid real estate agent/broker license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
