Description
The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community overseeing and enhancing the value of the property, employing and developing the staff and maintaining positive resident relations.
Managers are also responsible for complying with all state federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
A minimum of 3 years experience in property management and a college degree are preferred.
Applicants with CAM, ARM, or CPM certification will be prioritized.
Requirements
In additions, Managers must:
-Possess knowledge of Property Management Software applications
-Be organized and strong in budget management
-Posses team building skills
-Posses marketing, resident retention and resident relations skills
-Be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
-Approve resident applications
-Schedule apartment turns
-Set leasing and income goals
-Complete monthly reports and apartment audits
-Handle resident disputes and customer service issues
