First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a highly engaging, customer-focused, goals-driven, Customer Service Representative I to join our Wahiawa Branch in Oahu. In this role, you will provide quality customer service to bank customers both inside and outside the branch, promoting the Bank’s products and services which includes informing the customer of benefits and features, act as an initial contact for referral of the customer to personal bankers and specialized areas of the bank such as consumer and commercial loans, credit cards etc., while always projecting a professional image and appearance as a representative of the Bank.
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
Compensation
Pay range is $19.00 - 22.50/hr., commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (hours may vary)
