First Assured Quality Systems is Hiring a Quality Sampling Inspector Near Grand Prairie, TX
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented quality sampling inspector to oversee our quality control processes. You will be conducting on-site audits and/or inspections at different suppliers’ facilities to ensure that production products or items meet or exceed customers’ specifications. This position is onsite and working in the retail quality auditing arena.
Job Accountabilities:
· Confirm Inspection scheduled in company app
· Perform on-site sampling inspections at different locations throughout the metropolitan area (on scheduled inspection date)
· Record inspection detail in company app
· Provide feedback of inspection results
· Identifying testing parameters for products
· Evaluating production stages and testing the composition
· Evaluating production stages and testing the composition, appearance, and functionality of completed products.
· Ensuring that products comply with industry and customer standards.
· Documenting defects and recommendations for improvement
· Preparing and presenting quality audit reports to senior management with the company.
· Keeping abreast of industry standards and regulations
· Complete quality assurance testing on goods and products
· Some travel may be necessary outside city limits.
Job Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Ability to read engineering drawings.
· Attention to Detail
· Ability to use basic measuring equipment (Calipers, Micrometers, Scales, etc.)
· Ability to lift 35 pounds.
· Must have reliable transportation and have a valid Driver’s license.
· Prior experience as a quality auditor in a related industry
· Experience with Excel and Word products

· Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods, working in a space that lacks climate control or lifting objects with an established maximum weight
