JOB DESCRIPTION
Located in Sunny Irvine California right off of MacArthur Blvd. We are an internet marketing company that specializes in lead generation in multiple industries. Scaling faster than predicted, we are in need of a Enrollment Specialist who has experience on the phone.
WHAT WE DO
FirmFuel exists to help firms nationwide generate more business and ultimately calls, leads and sales. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, collaborating with clients ranging from startups to international brands. We utilize a multitude of online media such as call transfers, pay per call, email advertising, display/banner advertising, social media, Legal Intake Services, and more to bring prospective consumers to our partners. With our network of call centers and click to call inventory, we provide firms with call transfers and cost-per-call advertising opportunities.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
- You will be speaking with opted in candidates to ensure they received the assistance requested. If they have not, to submit their information to one of our attorneys to see if they qualify for assistance.
- Logging detailed notes into CRM for follow up phone calls and for attorneys to review.
- Keeping up morale with a positive phone voice.
- Communicating with 100 potential clients each day
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 Year of work experience with talking to customers over the phone
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in follow up
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- STRONG VERBAL and COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Ability to quickly qualify or dis-qualify a lead/case
- Ability to control a conversation
- Phone customer service experience is highly preferred
- Phone etiquette is a must
