Floor Manager/Bartender
Duties and responsibilities:
- Overseeing staff training
- Ensuring the completion of incident/accident reports, guest inquiries, and disciplinary forms
- Ordering and inventory for departments as assigned by the GM
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of location including walk ins, storage areas, and office.
- Performs daily walk throughs for cleanliness and compliance.
- Previous management/bartending experience in a fast-paced bar setting.
- Flexible schedule with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
