Front of House Team Members are the face of the business, and depending on the role, are responsible for creating an excellent dining experience for our customers by promptly greeting customers, taking orders, delivering and prepping food and beverage items while always ensuring the overall needs of the guests are met. FOH positions may include hosting, serving and bartending positions.

Job Duties and Minimum Requirements include but are not limited to:

• Experience in fast paced restaurant environments
• The ability to retain and communicate knowledge of menu items
• Extremely strong organization and communication skills
• The ability to follow directions thoroughly
• The ability to maintain productivity and professionalism in stressful situations
• Greet customers with enthusiasm, explain menu items and offer suggestions based upon their tastes, preferences and dietary needs.
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner, while proficiently serving an average of 6 tables at a time, more or less.
• Take orders, mix and serve cocktails and other beverages as requested by customers and servers, promptly answering questions as needed in a friendly, professional manner.

Pay: $7.50 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 29 per week
