**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Front of House Manager to join our team in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations in our establishment.
**Duties:**
- Oversee daily front of house operations, including customer service, reservations, and seating arrangements
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food and beverage delivery
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness standards
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector
- Proficiency in food preparation and handling
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Experience in banquet or catering services is advantageous
- Bartending experience is desirable
- Proven track record as an Assistant Manager or similar role in a restaurant setting
