If you are seeking an opportunity to work with the city’s best hospitality and culinary professionals, our talent acquisition team would be pleased to meet you in person!
To prepare for the upcoming season, Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants, by Michelin starred Chef Fabio Trabocchi is now accepting applications and conducting interviews for ALL positions at Fiola Mare.
The open call will be conducted at Fiola Mare on Tuesday, March 26th, 2024.Walk-In Interviews will be conducted from 1 PM -4:30PM!
Fiola Mare is located a 3100 K Street NW, Washington, DC
Qualifications:
- For all FOH openings, a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant hospitality experience in an upscale restaurant required (strong guest service skills may be considered for select positions)
- For all BOH (Line, Pastry, and Prep Cook openings), a minimum of 1-2 years of culinary experience in an upscale restaurant required
