Finn Foodservice is Hiring a Territory Sales Representative and Corporate Chef Near Tampa, FL

Finn Foodservice is a Manufacturer’s Representative Agency located in NW Tampa. Established in 1984, we cover the entire state of Florida and work within the food service industry.

We are searching for a Corporate Chef and Outside Sales Professional who can take the initiative to continue to grow our business in the Tampa Bay Area market. We are looking for someone with the following:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field and/or
  • 5 years outside sales experience with proven track record of success and/or
  • 4 years chef experience or degree in related field
  • Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
  • Is comfortable working within a CRM platform, Salesforce experience is a plus
  • A customer-centric mindset... simply said, our motto is "Providing Solutions... Improving Experiences"

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to gain a strong understanding of our sales cycle, and
  • Help establish account management practices and look for ways to enhance those practices
  • A CRM background is strongly desired and the candidate must work well within our CRM platform, Salesforce
  • Foodservice background strongly desired; experience working in a kitchen setting is a requirement
  • We focus on Healthcare, Schools and Universities, Hospitality, Cruise Ships, and Chain Accounts- Experience within those market segments is a plus
  • Effectively demonstrate product line
  • Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas

Salary: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
