Job Description
This is an entry-level position, with a career path built out for you! Guaranteed raises every 6 months PLUS a bonus every quarter. With training on the job, operators will become skilled enough to operate the more complex machines.
Job Requirements to be successful:
- Must learn 2 skills within 90 worked days:
- Crane Operation
- Mill
- Lathe
- VTL
- HBM
- Layout/Center
- Saw
- or CNC
Your Background:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Industrial or manufacturing experience a plus
- Basic math skills required
- Must be able to walk, climb, kneel, reach, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs
