What Responsibilities Will You Have?
Assisting customers and motivating staff to perform in a positive work environment
Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and proper disposal of records
Open and close the store
Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving contract requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions

Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments

Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire, and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes

Qualifications Include:
Management: 5 years (Required)
At least 21 years of age
Must be a US Citizen or lawful permanent resident
GED or higher
Cashier and Customer Service experience: 2 years (Required)
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation depends on your experience.
