Tommy Hilfiger in Las Vegas is searching for qualified candidates to fill the position of Assistant Store Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years store management experience in a retail clothing environment. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the store, generating sales performance, recruiting and developing staff, maintaining store appearance, controlling expenses and shortages. The Assistant Store Manager's goal is to maximize employee productivity, ensure compliance and consistent execution of company Policy & Procedures and create an environment which is results-driven. The Assistant Store Manager must have the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
