This role will require being local to the NJ/NY area. 

This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You’ll be responsible for supporting leadership in account management, including day-to-day account activities. And we’ll require you to work with agency team leaders to facilitate optimal client service and a quality experience.
 What it takes:
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketplace and ad formats
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and collaboratively
  • Candidates should demonstrate the ability to:
    • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliverables and ensure that projects are executed on time and on budget
    • Follow up with the clients on outstanding issues and questions
    • Prepare weekly status reports
    • Set up weekly project status calls
    • Document all calls and meetings
    • Partner with team to efficiently manage the project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of all deliverables
    • Review all deliverables and aggregate team feedback
    • Manage submission process
    • Schedule and attend project-related presentations
    • Communicate client changes and rationale to internal team following client reviews
    • Prepare financial worksheets and reports
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years advertising agency experience
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare
  • Media experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) review process and systems
  • Ability to travel locally to clients
