About the Role

As an integral part of our engineering team, the Senior DevOps Engineer will perform cloud environment administration, continuous integration, continuous delivery/deployment, and support our software applications. The individual will work closely with software development teams to build and maintain cloud based infrastructure and operation solutions for critical business services. The Senior DevOps Engineer will implement automation, monitoring, and infrastructure as code solutions for our cloud platform. If you are passionate about DevOps, we would like to meet with you!

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to system and network architecture designs, from POC to production phase
• Contribute to DevSecOps portfolio development, working closely with developers and team members
• Develop and deploy cloud infrastructure as IaC
• Dockerization for microservices architecture
• Improve, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Implement and maintain application and performance monitoring and alert systems
• Automate and streamline operations and processes
• Support engineers and their day to day activities using your environments, pipelines, and internal tools
• Work closely with the backend engineering, security, IT, and QA teams to influence decision making and implementation efforts

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and their tools like CircleCI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficient with AWS and it’s various services
• Experience building IaC like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
• Knowledge of cloud security implementation and principles
• Experience with data pipelines for log retention, ML/AI training, replication, etc.
• Fintech Security and Compliance experience with certifications like: PCI, SOC 1 and 2, GDPR, CCPA, ADA

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or data related field
• 5 years experience of Cloud DevOps in AWS (preferred), GCP or Azure
• 5 years experience of building and maintaining code deployment pipelines
• Bonus: AWS certification

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $130K - 160K (Depending on experience and level assessed post interviews)
