YOUR ROLE

• Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers
• Consult customers on solutions generating value for their use cases andPerform technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation in the CRM tool and the LIM system
• Work with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processesLeverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and identify new business opportunities for sales colleagues
• Reports quality issues / customes claims to relevant parts of the organization (incl. CCMS/CAPRIS)
• Drive customer experience by optimizing automated customer interactions and enhancing remote customer interactionsIdentify opportunities to create customer value in remote settings by leveraging remote interaction tools (e.g. AR, VR)
• May supervise the laboratory work (incl. prioritization) for samples coming from customers, and report technical results to customersResponsible for products application / technical training and coaching of field sales forces and customersResponsible for directly communicating with sales, marketing, PD, Innovation, members of TCS field team or project team membersPromote internally SBU innovations and best learnings cross accounts
• Traveling of up to 20% can be part of your role

YOUR SKILLS

• BS Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or similar.
• 3-4 years of industry experiences preferred.
• Demonstrated ability of organizational, project, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with other team members in product development programs.
• Experience in writing technical papers or reports as well presenting results to a technical team. 
• Ability to multi-task with strong analytical and mechanical skills.
• Aptitude and ability to operate various adhesive applications equipment.
• Solid interpersonal skills. Must be able to work as a team member and independently on multi-task assignments.
• Effective Problem solving, verbal and communication skills.
• Microsoft office

The salary for this role is $92,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
