YOUR ROLE
- Ensure correct and safe operation of equipmentand machinery using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), perform quality electrical/mechanical preventive maintenance as necessary to ensure peak operating condition and equipment reliability to minimize any down time related to equipment failure.
- Troubleshoot andperform professional electrical/mechanical repairs on various types of process,utility, and facility equipment including but not limited to: motors,conveyors, homogenizers, electrical systems, pneumatic tools and hydraulicequipment.
- Source replacementparts and perform repairs
- Assess the conditionof used parts using micrometers, calipers and specifications.
YOUR SKILLS
- 5 years’ experience and certification in a minimum of one of the following: Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Drive, Fluid Power, or Industrial Controls. Candidate must have a vocational certificate in electromechanics. A certification from the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies is preferred.
- Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance and calibration required.
- Welding (fabrication and repair) required.
- Must have intermediate computer skills (email/word processing/computer navigation); experience with SAP preferred.
- Must be able to troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC's.
- Electrical Apprenticeship completion with certificate preferred.
- Familiar with OSHA compliance requirements.
The salary for this role is $40.90.
