Your Role: Senior Site Reliability Engineer
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at RXMG, you'll be at the forefront of our tech evolution. Here's what you can expect:
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and participated in platform 24x7x365 uptime planning, optimization, and implementation, including on-call support.
- Provide technical leadership and operational oversight for critical business operations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production, disaster recovery, and certification systems.
- Analyze and optimize platform performance and investigate software defects.
- Assisted in resolving build/deployment issues and drove capacity planning decisions.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and contribute to capacity planning meetings.

- Proficiency in NGINX/Apache configuration and security fundamentals.
- Deep understanding of incident and problem management and configuration management.
- Experience or understanding of JIRA, Confluence, and PagerDuty.
Bonus Skills:
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, PHP, Python, Terraform).
- Google Cloud Certifications, AWS certification, and experience with Kubernetes clusters.
- Prior experience building CI/CD pipelines and server administration with SaltStack.
