Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager, superintendent, to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of Construction Project Management from planning to implementation.
- Allocate resources for assigned projects.
- Supervise onsite Personnel and Subcontractors.
- Meet and communicate with Project Inspectors, Contractors, Architects, Engineers, City and County Officials, and Clients
- Negotiate with Contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
- Make sure to get proper documentation from new Sub Contractors (W-9 and COI) prior to any work being done by them.
- Make sure any and all Change Orders are in writing, signed and sent to Finesse Office
- Maintain High Standards of Workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
- Own your own work truck that has the ability to pull a trailer, cell phone, laptop and basic tools.
- Will need to travel throughout the state and surrounding states as needed - Per Diem and Travel Expenses will be paid by the company.
- Be willing to work through T-Sheets
- Must be able to do basic troubleshooting and basic repairs as needed.
- Work on a 1099 Basis
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
We currently do not provide health insurance
Local gas is not reimbursable at this time
Pay is DOE and Negotiable
