Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage commercial construction projects, with the majority of time at a prominent hotel in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, estimating, and supervising construction sites.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety guidelines, and quality standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues
- Implement and maintain project management software for efficient communication
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction management and supervising construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, OSHA regulations, and safety protocols
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as ProCore
