We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent with expertise in commercial and fast food construction projects. The ideal candidate should be a highly organized and motivated individual capable of ensuring project success through effective leadership and construction management.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Supervision: Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion, with a focus on commercial and fast food establishments.
2. Schedule Management: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that timelines are met and projects stay on track.
3. Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and make cost-effective decisions to maximize project profitability.
4. Quality Control: Ensure that work adheres to high-quality standards and all applicable building codes and regulations.
5. Subcontractor Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure a smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
6. Safety Compliance: Maintain a strong commitment to safety and enforce safety protocols on-site.
7. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns.
8. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues or delays that may arise during construction, proactively finding solutions to keep projects on track.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on commercial and fast food construction.
· Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations.
· Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
· Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
· Willingness to travel and work on-site at project locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
