Overview: This position is a key member of the Quality team, responsible for:
- Multi-site (as assigned) compliance to ISO 9001:2015
- Integrity of the Quality Management System
- Documented information that supports the QMS
- Corrective action process
- Management of training content and delivery (multi-site, as assigned).
Essential Functions
Quality System Management:
- Manages and improves the QMS by
- Developing and optimizing business processes to be more effective and efficient
- Coordinating and executing internal audits
- Authoring the quality system reviews
- Liaising with 3rd Party Auditors
- Ensures effectivity of the corrective program
- Develops, supports, and deploys training content that is concise, appropriate, and timely to assigned locations
- Ensures documented information is thorough, accurate, and appropriate for its intended audience
People Management:
- Manages assigned team(s), carrying out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, communication, training, development, hiring, assigning and directing work, appraising and managing performance
- Acts as change agent with proactive and engaging attitude towards the other teams and team members
- Instills Arlon's culture, core, and brand values for new and existing team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, quality, or related field
- Quality and quality management experience of minimum two (2) years
- Microsoft Office ® working proficiency.
- Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, written, presentation, inter-personal)
- SAP or similar ERP working knowledge.
- Valid driver license, auto insurance and travel documents.

Pay Transparency
The current pay range for this position is between $80,000-$90,000. Rate of pay will depend on factors such as market conditions and location, job-related knowledge and skills, education, training and experience. If hired, employment will be at will. The Company reserves the right to modify pay, as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program, at any time. EOE
