Job Summary:
The Billing Clerk at Findlay Cadillac is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing all vehicle sales billing documentation for the dealership. This is a full-time position in the accounting department, and the Billing Clerk will report directly to the Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a high level of proficiency with accounting software and systems.

Responsibilities:
-Sort and process vehicle billing documents
-Review and verify accuracy vehicle sales paperwork
-Enter billing information into dealership accounting system
-Maintain accurate and organized records of all vehicle billing documents
-Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks related to vehicle deal billing
-Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as needed
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in an accounting or billing role
-Strong understanding of accounting principles and ability to accurately process and record financial transactions
-Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
-Knowledge of the auto industry is a plus
