You will…

• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Must possess strong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to multitask.

• Demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with dealer personnel and vendors at all levels.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all information provided to us by our clients/customers.
• Protect the dealership from fraud or loss.
• Create and prepare daily deposits and post to accounting.
• Post vendor invoices daily and send out for approval from managers.
• Receipt in A/R payments upon receiving.
• Reconcile credit cards weekly.
• Reconcile Monthly AP Statements.
• Reconcile and collect payments on AR accounts.
• Monitor and order office supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a professional code of conduct at all times.

• Have CDK (formerly ADP) Experience
• Have Yooz Experience (preferred)
• Have Cenpos Experience (preferred)
• Have strong communication skills
• Are a self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team
• Have an accounting degree (preferred, not required)
• Have AR/AP experience in automotive dealership (preferred, not required)
