The Contract/Billing Clerk handles all facets of billing a vehicle deal, including verifying paperwork compliance and recording the sales to the General Ledger.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculates sales commissions
• Document compliance review prior to billing transaction
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and Finance Product submissions
• Stock in all New & Used Vehicle Inventory
• Process and reconcile factory incentives
• Create and maintain deal logs
• Other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of Automotive Billing experience preferred
• Familiar with CDK is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
