Find Your Balance, Center for Growth & Change Inc is Hiring a Clinical Supervisor- Operations Manager Near Los Angeles, CA

We are searching for an experienced person to organize and manage our mental health practice's day-to-day operations and work with our Clinical team to oversee clinical services. You will manage the company's procedures and guide its employees to ensure it is well-coordinated and productive. You will collaborate with the office manager, clinical supervisors, director, and other department heads to ensure that operations are running smoothly, and all goals are met.

The position includes managing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and policies, and ensuring that services are delivered in an effective and efficient manner.


Compensation:

$115,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Operations management: Provide leadership and direction to the operational and administrative functions of the organization and work hand in hand with the office manager and admin staff. Hire, train, and supervise staff members as needed to support the organization's operations. Oversee and manage the workflow of the office
  • Policy & Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
  • Managing relationships: Manages and develops relationships with clinics, agencies, community organizations, and other healthcare providers, to ensure that clinical services are effective and meet the needs of the community
  • Systems & Development: Develop and implement systems and processes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement performance metrics and measurement systems to track progress toward organizational goals
  • Supervising clinical staff: Oversees clinicians, providing support and guidance when needed, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and conducting performance evaluations
  • Managing the budget: Manages the budget for the group practice, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately and that the practice is financially sustainable
  • Ensuring compliance: Ensures that all group practice services are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards
  • Providing training and education: Provides training and education to clinical staff, ensuring that they are up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in their field
  • Collaborating with other departments: Collaborates with other departments and people within the organization, such as the Director, Office Manager, Supervisors, and Billing department to ensure that clinical services are aligned with the overall mission and goals of the organization

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or doctorate degree, fully licensed with a license in good standing
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the mental health field
  • Insurance knowledge
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, fiscal reporting, and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of regulatory and policy requirements related to mental health services
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Commitment to the mission and values of the organization

Our ideal candidate is a licensed psychologist or licensed therapist and has previous experience working in a mental health setting managing operations and providing clinical supervision to clinicians.
