Job Description

As a Fiduciary Services Specialist, you are the cornerstone of financial integrity, guiding our institution through the intricacies of Business, Trusts, Retirement (IRA), Health Savings Accounts, and beyond. You bridge the gap between regulatory frameworks and operational excellence, ensuring our members receive unparalleled service while adhering to all compliance standards.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

🌟 Regulatory Guardian: Uphold an encyclopedic knowledge of regulatory guidelines for all Fiduciary and Complex account types, ensuring unwavering compliance at every turn.

🌟 Compliance Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the AVP of Compliance, conducting research, processing legal documents, and facilitating routine regulatory reviews to maintain our steadfast adherence to regulations.

🌟 Data Custodian: Safeguard the accuracy of our financial reports, conducting thorough reviews to ensure precise year-end filings and bolstering the credibility of our financial standing.

🌟 Training Advocate: Champion continuous learning within the organization, collaborating with the Training department to develop and deliver comprehensive Fiduciary and Complex Accounts training programs, empowering our teams with the knowledge to excel.

🌟 Innovation Driver: Stay ahead of industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance processes and procedures related to Fiduciary and Complex Accounts, positioning us as trailblazers in the financial services landscape.

🌟 Retail Support: Serve as a trusted resource for our frontline teams, providing guidance and expertise on navigating the complexities of Fiduciary and Complex Accounts with finesse and confidence.

🌟 Interdepartmental Liaison: Foster cross-departmental collaboration, sharing insights and best practices to optimize processes and ensure seamless integration across all facets of our financial operations.

🌟 System Administrator: Maintain oversight of critical systems, administering access and providing frontline staff with the tools and resources necessary to effectively manage Fiduciary and Complex Accounts.

🌟 Financial Coordinator: Ensure the smooth administration of Required Minimum Distributions for IRA members, verifying year-end tax forms to facilitate seamless tax reporting.

🌟 Adaptable Team Player: Embrace flexibility and agility, readily taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support the evolving needs of the organization.

Performance Measurements:

  1. Mastery of Compliance: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements, ensuring all Fiduciary and Complex Accounts activities adhere to established guidelines.
  2. Compliance Excellence: Exhibit sound judgment in reviewing documentation related to Fiduciary and Complex Accounts, minimizing the institution's exposure to risk and liability.
  3. Operational Transparency: Keep management informed of key operational issues impacting the management of Fiduciary and Complex Accounts, enabling informed decision-making and proactive problem-solving.
  4. Team Empowerment: Provide frontline staff with the guidance and support needed to effectively manage Fiduciary and Complex Accounts, fostering a culture of competence and confidence.
  5. Training Effectiveness: Ensure training materials remain current and relevant, equipping staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles.

Qualifications

Experience: Possess 5-10 years of experience in a similar or related role within the financial services industry.

Additional Information

Compensation:Β  $65-75K
