Together, we will work to meet our company goals and the goals of each client – aligning with the vision and mission of each business. You, along with a local team of CFOs, will bring valuable experience to the table, either as a former business owner with a track record of effective management and successful exits, or as a high-level professional who has consistently demonstrated a commitment to supporting entrepreneurial business owners throughout your career. At ProCFO Partners you aren’t a solopreneur, you are an integral member of an entrepreneurial collective, sharing knowledge, experience, and partnering on projects – as needed – together. To support these efforts, we provide a robust marketing engine and introductions to our established network of resources. We invest heavily in every member of our team by offering a pool of different resources, including coaching, training, and access to our proven frameworks, such as the FGC Financial Flywheel™. We promote an open and collaborative environment by hosting weekly team meetings, monthly triads, and quarterly in-person workshops.  A successful Managing Director will fit the following profile: 
  • A robust entrepreneurial spirit to create a significant portfolio of clients. 
  • Deep regard and understanding of entrepreneurial minded leaders driven by a desire to create positive and lasting change. 
  • Over 10 years of professional experience, either as an entrepreneur who has effectively overseen and exited their business or as a C-Suite executive who has built a team, a division, and/or a business.
  • Highly networked with the ability to build meaningful relationships. 
  • Pursues excellence in every project, ensuring that our strategies are flawlessly delivered. 
  • Embraces challenges and possesses an endless pursuit of growth, by seeking ways to innovate, improve and continuously learn.
  • Possess exceptional listening skills and prioritize understanding by asking insightful questions. 
  • Brings a proven expertise and solid comprehension of the CFO's role in collaborating with business owners and a profound insight into the dynamics of entrepreneurial businesses. 
  • Possess a level of financial stability that offers the necessary flexibility for this unconventional position and the required time to establish a client portfolio. 
  • Desire to be in a collaborative partnership, in a fully committed, team-focused setting.
