Responsibilities:
- Assist with investor onboarding activities
- Assist with quarterly investor statements
- Prepare quarterly minority interest and non-consolidated subsidiaries analysis and reconciliations
- Prepare quarterly equity schedules
- Prepare various portfolio level and tenant analysis schedules
- Assist with quarterly preparation of fair value financial statements
- Assist with audit processes
- Complete investor reporting requests
- Completion of lender reporting requests
- Assist with calculation and preparation of Clarion investor fees
Accounting:
- Quarterly AR/AP reconciliation and journal entries
- Assist with quarter end close journal entries as needed
- Assist with MLT transactions
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years’ experience required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, detail oriented
- Professionalism and dedication a must
- CPA preferred
