We're looking for an Accounting Manager to join us and expand our Team. \nResponsibilities and Duties
- Review account reconciliations
- Review and determine requirements for accruals and prepaid.
- Prepare equity transactions
- Prepare consolidation if more than one reporting entity
- Prepare financial statements and footnotes on a US GAAP-compliant basis
- Provide clients with interim financial statements as requested
- Provide clients with analysis of significant changes in the balance sheet and income statement amounts, including comparison to budget.
- Must have previous experience working in a SAAS/Tech Cargo Company
- At least 7 years of progressive relevant experience
- BA in Accounting/CPA/MBA preferred
- Good work ethic; team player
- Prompt follow-up on open issues
