As we continue to serve the unique goals of end clients in our Retail offering, including more personalized and comprehensive wealth management services, we have an opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our Financial Advisory Team. This role is located at our company headquarters in Cornelius, NC, a northern suburb of Charlotte in the highly desirable Lake Norman area.

YOUR ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Advisor to join our team and help us provide exceptional financial and investment planning services to our end clients. In this client-facing role, you will collaborate with the Senior Wealth Advisor and other client service team members to develop and execute client relationship plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • the day-to-day aspects of client engagements.
  • as primary point of contact for client relationships.
  • in-depth knowledge of investments, financial markets, and ability to apply financial planning principles appropriately to the individual client's investment objectives and overall planning needs.
  • maintain and grow client relationships through excellent client service.
  • or lead in the collection of financial planning data to develop financial plans.
  • or lead in the creation of client reports. The Wealth Advisor may play a lead or support role in delivering client reports.
  • professional communication skills with responses to clients, advisors, and team members.
  • Redtail for documentation and processing of client data and tasks.
  • and coordinate the preparation of meeting materials, planning analysis and investment materials.
  • client meeting notes and follow up tasks as required.
  • additional planning or asset management opportunities in existing client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • degree in Finance or related field
  • 65 or equivalent
  • achieved or working toward
  • years as an RIA Representative, Financial Planner or Registered Representative of a full-service broker dealer.
  • knowledge of all aspects of comprehensive financial planning including:
  • management, income tax planning, insurance, education planning, retirement planning and risk management.
  • experience working with financial planning software and planning deliverables.

  • to find creative solutions to problems, devise strategies and propose solutions
  • and able to perform jo duties with little supervision.
  • service oriented with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members.
  • to efficiently and effectively using provided technology in the service of clients and engagement of colleagues.
  • of or prior experience working with digital/robo advisor solutions is a plus, but not required.
