Job Description: Business Consultant, SPA Be part of a team on the cutting edge of development and delivery of sales performance dashboards and scorecards for PI sales associates / field leaders for the purpose of measurement, coaching, and assessment of variable compensation and annual bonuses The Team Sales Operations and Compensation builds the sales performance management processes, variable compensation plans and supporting technology to enhance our Associates’ and Leaders’ experience and align with the evolving needs of our clients and PI’s strategic direction. We enable the success of front office programs and support business responsiveness and market opportunities through the design and delivery of Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities that align to PI’s data and BI strategies. Additionally, we improve our associate and leader experiences by providing performance measurement applications and solutions that use insightful data-driven analytics. As part of PI HR’s Sales Performance Analytics organization, the Business Intelligence Consultant will work closely across the SPA squads to help deliver against our mission. The Consultant will provide critical squad support, partner with leaders at all levels, and have a primary consultative relationship with our squad leader and business partners. They will work closely with squad leaders to ensure squads have a solid understanding of acceptance criteria and assist with use cases and testing and will provide business level product knowledge and support for delivery of complex projects. The Expertise You Have A Bachelor's degree or equivalent Agile Experience preferred. 5-10 years Business Analyst experience, ideally working in an Agile Scrum environment, business analysis methodologies, including data analysis, uses case development, story writing, and user acceptance testing and product documentation required. Experience in leading projects involving data migration, creation of metrics and KPIs. Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) tools including like Tableau, OBIEE, PowerBI, Alteryx and/or others. Experience in data visualization and business effectiveness will allow you to serve as a liaison to our development team to satisfy new and evolving business intelligence and reporting needs. Highly organized and have the ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines. Attention to detail and appreciation for need to consistently generate high quality, highly critical output is a priority in your daily work. Expertise in MS Word, Excel and delivering effective PowerPoint stories.
