We are seeking a highly motivated Door-to-Door Assistant Manager with proven experience in Orlando to join our Field Marketing team and drive our door-to-door sales efforts to new heights.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with homeowners in Orlando neighborhoods to introduce them to our products and services
• Build rapport and trust with potential customers through compelling communication and product knowledge
• Identify customer needs and arrange a free estimate with us
• Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, leaving a lasting impression on every doorstep
• Assist our Regional leadership to motivate and coach a team of door-to-door marketing representatives to achieve targets
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the marketing team
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in door-to-door sales, experience in team lead or assistant manager role preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
