Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team. As a Door Knocker at Diamond Solar LLC you will be responsible for promoting our solar energy services by engaging with homeowners in your designated area, playing a crucial role in our market outreach efforts. Your primary goal will be to educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and our net metering program. You will also schedule appointments for our sales representatives to conduct free energy assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with potential customers and promote our solar energy solutions.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and incentives.
• Communicate effectively to promote our organization's mission, products, or services
• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to conduct free energy assessments.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments scheduled
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Assist in supervising and training new door knockers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in canvasing, sales, solar sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Knowledge of solar energy and net metering is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and meet targets.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods of time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
