Silver Star Real Estate is currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property situated in the City of Riverside. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and self motivated individual to assist the organization in all aspects of property and real estate management. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual willing to dive in and take over the Manager role in no time!

This role is to represent SSRE in the day-to-day management of one of our multi-unit apartment buildings.

• Assist Management with daily operations
• Manage work order process
• Manager unit rent-ready process
• Collect rent on time
• Increase rent on time
• Maintain the rental property based on the Housing Department standards
• Ensure Curb Appeal standards are being met
• Communication between property and management company
• Turnaround of vacant units
• Ensure tenant’s requests are responded to in a timely manner

• 2 years of experience in Property Management
• Knowledge of Yardi is a Plus
• Broad knowledge all aspects of property management
• Must be self motivated
• Strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

• Varying Schedule

• $21-$25 per hour DOE
• Rental Commission
• Renewal Commission
