In the Customer Success Manager position, you will report to the Director of Customer Success. Your use of your detailed knowledge of the Giftogram products and platform, as well as your strength in sales relationship management, will create new customer accounts and enterprise business expansion within existing customers. Youll field complex customer inquiries and questions by leading and facilitating virtual customer demonstrations. Youll collaborate and liaison with the Customer Support, Marketing, and Engineering teams to communicate information on customer requests, such as integrations, product changes, product issues, etc.
