Responsibilities:

• Correspond with Court Officers via Telephone, Email, Fax and Letter with regards to active executions
• Troubleshoot files
• Transmit status reports to clients
• Communicate with the Court regarding pending motions, ex parte orders, etc.
• Prepare and File documents such as executions, judgments, ex parte orders, etc. with the Court
• Maintains confidential client and/or firm information in accordance with federal and firm polices.
• Maintains confidential client and/or firm information in accordance with federal and firm policies.
• Performs all such related and non-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
