Job Title : Procurement Analyst

These positions are remote with training onsite to start.
Responsibilities:
Conducts due diligence on records for new and existing suppliers to ensure compliance with federal regulations and University policies Acts as a conduit between campus stakeholders, central offices, and suppliers to update and complete records Responds to supplier inquiries related to supplier record Manages relationships with suppliers as required and appropriate Verifies vendor change requests and updates in necessary systems in accordance with maintenance procedures Conducts periodic audit of vendor database Performs miscellaneous functions and/or projects as directed by the Supplier Relationship Supervisor Other duties as assigned
