Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity to work in a family owned, dynamic retail environment and develop valuable sales skills.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits
- Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions through the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales revenue
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives

- must be able to lift max of 50lb bags

- tow motor experience preferred but not required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
- Knowledge of wireless technology products is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail software applications
- Knowledge of retail math concepts such as calculating discounts, margins, and percentages is beneficial

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
