Position Summary:

Our team is currently looking for an experienced Technician to keep up our level of commitment to safety and customer service. In this role, the successful candidate will perform truck repair and maintenance work in accordance with factory and industry standards, run diagnostics on vehicles, and work closely with other team members to meet company goals.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs minor repairs on trucks.
• Conducts regular preventative maintenance on service trucks, including inspection, tire rotation, and oil changes.
• Maintains accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles.
• Responsible for all maintenance to the operation of equipment by completing all required preventive maintenance requirements.
• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical malfunctions
• Inspects fleet vehicles to ensure that all vehicles are DOT-compliant including brake maintenance
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Adheres to strict safe work practices to comply with all Company, DOT, and OSHA regulations.

Education:

• High School Diploma

Experience and Competencies:

• 1 year of experience in fleet maintenance
• Welding and body fabrication experience is a plus
• Must be able to read and comprehend technical reference materials (equipment and repair manuals)
• Experience with applicable Microsoft and diagnostic applications
• Strong attention to detail
• Prompt, professional, and dependable demeanor
