In this role as a Customer Service Manager, you will be

responsible for managing all areas of the day-to-day relationships of customer accounts and is primarily focused on developing and enhancing the customer relationship at all levels within a customer’s organization.

As well the cohesive atmosphere between the customer and internal FCA Packaging’s functional teams : Accounts Receivable, Pricing, Engineering, Customer Service, and Logistics.
