FC Cincinnati is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative
- Achieve all daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals. The FC Cincinnati Inside Sales Team is expected to assist in leading our Ticket Sales and Service team in overall phone call and email activity with prospective ticket buyers
- Sell full menu of ticket products for FC Cincinnati, including, but not limited to full and partial season ticket packages, group tickets, and premium products.
- Manage interactions with prospects through use of CRM system including accurately documenting client information and abiding by team policies and procedures
- Builds relationships with prospective customers via outbound communication efforts and enhance those relationships through face to face and virtual appointments
- Collaborate with Marketing, Special Events, Community Relations, product management and Ticket Operations to promote new ticket campaigns and ticket-based offerings
- Assist with sales efforts including customer service that will lead to up-selling existing and new clients
- Assist event staff during matches and special events with day-to-day customer service, operations, ticket fulfillment, and other miscellaneous duties
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding individual and team performance and developmental goals
- Attend events and complete other duties as assigned
- Meet or exceed individualized and team assigned sales goals

- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required by FCC game schedules, premium and hospitality events
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Calendar
