Fawkes IDM is Hiring a Senior IP Litigation Legal Assistant Near Boston, MA
Responsibilities:
- Maintain correspondence and pleadings, and index as appropriate.
- Utilize litigation software such as Relativity.
- Assist with document productions, including coordinating attorney reviews for relevant and privileged documents and coordinating efforts with eDiscovery and Litigation Support.
- Maintain deposition files and deposition exhibits' indices.
- Assist in the preparation of documents for witnesses' depositions.
- Assist with court filings.
- Docket litigation due dates
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of litigation experience.
- 3 years of IP litigation and appellate experience
- Familiarity with electronic filings and electronic discovery and the flexibility to travel and work overtime.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are required.
- This position necessitates the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
