Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is the primary owner of the customer order fulfillment needs of the parcel order and eCommerce process.

Duties and Responsibilities

· This dual function position not only supports parcel order fulfillment, but also assists with truckload, LTL, and export container loading of customer orders as needed.

· This position proactively seeks input from the Warehouse Manager while additionally understanding the needs of sales & marketing customer shipping requirements.

· This position provides timely picking, packing, and labeling for all orders being shipped via parcel carrier.

· This position will also contribute to managing available inventory for shipments and month end inventory reconciliation.

· Additional duties include pulling customer orders, storage & handling of aerosol production, assembling tool racks and/or banding pallets.

· Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.

· Receive incoming inventory and storage.

· Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
