My name is Jim Collins and I am the general manager here at Faulkner VW. I have been with the organization for 17 years and started as a sales consultant in February of 2007. I believe in simplicity so I am going to make this as short and to the point as I can.

We are growing and need to add to our world class sales force. We have a sales process that is easy to learn, and has helped our team make life changing income. We value honesty and integrity more than anything else, and a positive attitude is non-negotiable. We value a positive and supportive work culture above anything else.

The three core areas we focus on is product knowledge, process, and helping our customers work through the buying decision. We train on this daily to ensure that everyone on our team continues to grow.
