Renewal by Andersen of Central PA is looking to hire full-time Outside Sales Representatives/Design Consultants to join our highly successful sales force. We are the leader in the window industry and are looking for the BEST to join and grow with our organization. Our sales force is made up of top performers that are highly compensated (100% Commission-based) and can earn $150,000 and beyond by selling the most recognized and industry-leading brand on the market. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

As a Outside Sales Rep/Design Consultant, you are vital to the operations of our business. You develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners (yes, we generate your leads and set the appointments for you). Occasionally, you generate your own leads. Each time you meet with a potential client, you show them a sales presentation. As you discuss their wants and needs with them, you help to design their new window and door experience on our patented iPad software. By bringing their ideas to life, you are filling a real need of the homeowner! When the customer has agreed on the products, you prepare quotes and close deals. Additionally, you participate in ongoing sales training each week. The more you sell, the more you make with UNLIMITED earning potential.

WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON

• 2 years in-home or outside sales experience.
• A proven track record of closing sales.
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Self-motivation and results orientation.
• College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
