The Production Manager will wear many hats and is responsible for managing daily operations of the Center to run smoothly and in a client focused manner. This position is the lead in quality control, workflow management and production. In addition, this position serves as the client specialist to consult with clients and determine the best sign and graphics solution to meet their business needs. As we are growing, the Production Manager will perform basic in-house marketing tasks to help keep the sales pipeline full. In addition, this position serves as backup graphic designer.
Qualifications & Skills:
o Adobe Illustrator – current version
o Adobe Photoshop – current version
o Adobe Acrobat Professional – current version
o Microsoft Office – current version (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Primary Responsibilities:
A. Customer Service
o Work with walk-in and phone-in clients in a consultative manner to understand their needs and provide guidance for best solution.
o Estimate Creation and Follow-Up
o Coordinate job scheduling / Project Management
o Serve as final quality control to ensure product / service is accurate
o Conduct financial transactions for job deposits and final payments
o Basic In-house Marketing tasks
B. Job Production
o Facilitate morning production meetings
o Serve as lead in all graphic and signage production
o Serve as lead in all graphic and signage installation – either as installer or install coordinator (per management)
o Maintain a safe work environment
