A Successful FASTSIGNS Office Assistant Customer Service Representative will :

• Answer phones and take messages and direct clients to appropriate team member
• Respond to emails
• Manage mail correspondence
• Greet clients and visitors in the center
• Assist with invoicing
• Perform data entry and filing tasks
• Manage inventory of office supplies
• Perform other clerical tasks as needed

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative :

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Google apps and GSuite
• Experience with Quickbooks software a plus
• Computer proficiency
• Organizational and time management skills
• Basic math skills
• Calm and professional appearance
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
• Great listening and organization skills
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
