OVERVIEW :
Working as Part-time National Accounts Sales Support PT, you will assist in analyzing sales trends, margin improvements, and marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to :
o Assisting the sales force with establishing new accounts
o Supporting Fastenal branches with these accounts, including pricing, order processing and billing issues
o Providing reports to customers and sales people on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
o Developing and enhancing current customer relationships through problem solving and issue resolution
o Coordinating projects with the National Accounts Team, other departments and Fastenal's Branches
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position :
o Possess or are working towards a business related degree OR have administrative or customer service work experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
o Pass a sex offender registry check, required by a customer / contract serviced by this location
