Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled multi sites experienced Food Manager to join our team. As a Food Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all food service operations, including restaurant, hotel, banquet, and catering services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation
- Oversee food production, including menu planning, recipe development, and portion control
- Train and supervise staff members in proper food handling techniques and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food Manager or similar role in the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and cost control
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.
